In the latest new string to their bow, Coupa has announced the acquisition of ZenPurchase - a small collaborative enterprise procurement software company based in San Francisco.

ZenPurchase’s cloud-based purchasing platform uses team collaboration technologies to help modernise procurement departments and accelerate procurement processes for its Fortune 1000 customers.

Coupa will build ZenPurchase’s tools into its cloud-based platform, applying them across procurement, expense management and invoicing.
