| Kinnarps automates invoice processing working with Palette |

Wednesday, 12 October 2011 Kinnarps, a family owned Swedish company which provides workspace solutions for the European marketplace, has selected web-based solutions for its Swedish and Norwegian operations from enterprise purchase to payment specialist, Palette. Palette was chosen by Kinnarps following a valuation of four suppliers and visits to several other companies that were already using Palette solutions.
Kinnarps chose to use two solutions from PaletteArena: PaletteInvoice to automate invoice processing, and PaletteContract to organise and store contracts in retrievable, web-based locations. After a successful roll-out in Sweden and Norway, the group have now decided to extend this to the company’s other European operations.
PaletteInvoice provides Kinnarps with the ability to reduce the amount of paper required to generate invoices and the time it takes staff to process them. The product improved accounts payable operations and provides enhanced visibility.
While PaletteContract provides Kinnarps with additional functionality to access in depth information about contracts (preventing overpayment and reducing the opportunity for fraudulent transactions), the process also automatically matches invoices against purchase orders to reduce the time spent by staff matching each invoice manually.
Both solutions integrate with the Movex ERP system used by Kinnarps, providing an up-to-date and accurate view of the company’s active invoices and contracts, enabling easier financial analysis and management. |
