| London tri-borough agreement set to save millions. |

Tuesday 11th June, 2013 Westminster City Council, Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea are planning to come together to unify IT services over a four year framework. The £1.1bn plan may see 28 other London boroughs joining in. It's an initiative which goes back a couple of years with a February 2011 report entitled "Tri-Borough Proposals report: Bold Ideas for Challenging Times". The framework agreement would see Westminster migrate by November 2014, with Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea moving by 2016 The three boroughs aim to save more than £40m of savings by 2016.
