Danish e-invoicing B2B operator Tradeshift has launched Tradeshift Workflow, a cloud-based and mobile-friendly solution which aims to save time-strapped finance teams from repetitive tasks by automating them. In an acknowledgement of its efficiency and productivity savings, Tradeshift announced that Lear Corporation has chosen Tradeshift Collaborative Workflow for its worldwide operations.

Tradeshift’s Collaborative Workflow app promotes transparency and starts with the invoices which are automatically forwarded to the customer’s ERP system with the appropriate metadata. Any errors are immediately brought to an employee’s attention through the Tradeshift interface and they can instantly act and correct.

Invoices without a purchase order get routed to the appropriate people who can approve, reject or forward the invoices and add metadata such as general ledger account number or cost centre number before forwarding it to their ERP system.
